【訂房程序】
(1)經電話訂房確認OK後，請匯訂金(房價的50%)，匯款前請務必再次來電確認是否還有空房)，因詢問的人多，已匯款者為主。若於保留時間內未收到匯款訂金則將取消訂房，並且不另行通知。
(2)如遇特別假日務必應儘早匯款，以利保留客房(以4小時為限)。
(3)匯款後請務必傳真收據給我們【傳真：049-2855557】，回傳內容請註明：「姓名」、「電話」、「住房日期」、「入住人數」、「總金額」及「訂金」，或是請到網站左手邊選項的訂房匯款通知，留下您的資料。
(4)傳真後請來電確認【電話：049-2855556．049-2855939.0972-393566】。
(5)我們於收到訂金後，將為您保留房間，餘款到付。

【取消訂房注意事項】
★旅客於住宿日當日取消訂房扣房價總金額100%。
★旅客於住宿日前3日內取消訂房扣房價總金額50%。
★旅客於住宿日前7日內取消訂房扣房價總金額0%。【需酌收手續費─房價之5%】
★旅客於訂房3日內【取消】訂房扣50%，亦可延期保留訂房六個月，請事先與訂房組連絡，否則無效。
